Vehicle Parking Enter Coors Field Parking Lot A at 23rd & Wazee
ROUTE: Starts at Coors Field parking lot, steps off at 27th and Blake, Blake west to 17th, 17th to Wynkoop, Wynkoop back to Coors Field.
RMIWA rules
Limited to purebred Irish Wolfhounds

IWs must be clean and brushed

IWs must be 9 mo. or older

Only one IW per person
-
IWs and handlers should be able to walk at least 2 miles on hard pavement.

Children under 14 are welcome to accompany an adult, but cannot walk a dog on their own.

All participants must sign an event waiver/agreement
Parade Committee Rules
IWs must be walked on a 6 ft or shorter leash - NO flexi-leads.
-
Children under 5 may RIDE, but may not WALK in the parade.

You must pick up after your dog so bring plastic bags

Truly the world's shortest parade - 1 block down and one block back. Irish Wolfhounds and IW mixes are invited, but all dogs must be under control and be able to get along with other dogs and exuberant people. Short leashes and doggie-doo pick up bags are a must. Don't Have a Hound? Come anyway! Help carry the club banner!
Wells Fargo parking lot at 13th and Walnut. We will be gathering at the parking lot from 11AM onwards.

Show & Tell - All of us have a grooming trick, a wonderful product to use, a special tip on bandaging, a great book on IWs or many other things that are of interest to other IW owners. Bring your products, demo IWs, and other materials and SHOW AND TELL! If you know what you are going to demo, please drop Kathy E. a line.
Games - Kathy is planning fun games for IWs and their owners. More info to come.
Rescue Raffle/Silent Auction: Please bring items for raffe and/or silent auction ALL PROCEEDS WILL GO TO RMIWA RESCUE.
General Membership Meeting and Potluck Lunch Noon-ish – Bring a potluck dish to share. The club will provide drinks. Guests are welcome to attend the meeting!
Parade of Rescues – Bring your rescue IW or IW mix and celebrate with us! Biscuits and applause for all participants!
EKG testing for your IWs. These will be performed by Dr. Cassidy Sedaka of CSU.
